OPERATIONS
A brief review of the operational and business developments during the
year is given below:
PUNE
Retail Mall viz.Pulse
at Nagar Road is completed and Occupation Certificate has been received.
Company organized a formal Opening Ceremony on 25thJune 2011. The Residential
Complex Project at Chinchwad is progressing as per schedule. This project is
being developed through a special purpose vehicle. Necessary approval for the
residential project at Hadapsar has been received during the year. The
construction work at the site has started.
MUMBAI
Various projects
undertaken on Project Management Basis are progressing as per schedule. G:Corp
Bellagio a residential building project at Ghodbunder Roadis progressing as per
schedule. The Company targets to deliver the project by the end of the current
year.
