Based on our
secondary sources information, Aniket International Limited was incorporated
on 5th May, 2010 with Registration Number (RC: 885385). The
company’s address is located at 15A, Sowemimo Street, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos State,
Nigeria. The company occupies a duplex painted ash and cream with an ash gate
opposite a storey building painted green with a black gate.
During our visit, we spoke with Mr. Kalu the security man on duty who
confirmed the company’s existence in the premises. According to him, the
company belongs to his boss who is currently in India. He bluntly refused to
acknowledge or receive our document or disclose any information about the
company without due approval from his boss but insisted that we should come
back in two or three weeks’ time.
All efforts to contact the phone number provided on the enquiry
(234-05-4979390-3209587) proved abortive as the number could not be reached. In
addition, we could not obtain any information on the company from our secondary
sources.
Conclusion: Based on our visit and brief discussion with
Mr. Kalu the security man who confirmed the existence of the company at the given
address, we are of the opinion that the company is a legal entity. However,
since there was no adequate information on the company’s activities, we advise
that any transaction or business relationship with the company should be done
on cash and carry basis.
