business registration No. 0310383578 issued by Business
Registration Office - Planning and Investment Department of Hochiminh City
with chartered capital of VND 16 billion. Mr. Hoang Ich Tuan is Director of the
subject. The
subject specializes in manufacturing and trading formwork plywood, commercial
plywood, veneer and acoustic & thermal insulation materials in
construction industry. Currently, main products of the subject are Film Faced Plywood, Core Veneer,
Face/back Veneer Commercial Plywood (Furniture, Marine, Packaging Plywood).
Besides trading products which are made by the subject, Mr. Tuan also imports
materials plywood from China and
distributes in domestic market. On the other hand, the subject also exports
its products to Australia and EU countries (India, Turkey, Australia, Germany,
Rumania, Poland, Russia). The subject has two factories in Binh Duong and
Bac Giang province. In addition, it has a branch in Hanoi city in order to
expand market share. As Mr. Tuan shared, the subject has reached over 50%
market share of supplying Film Faced Plywood in Vietnam in last year. In general, the subject is operating at a medium scale with about 140 staves. Its business operation seems to be busy. According to publicly announce, revenue in year 2011 of the subject was about VND 200 billion. The subject is on the way of development. It has capacity to meet small business transaction. |
