2.       According to Business Registration Office, the name of the subject is not found in the database.  A similar company name “Starbright Gems” was found with details as follow:-

3.       Our on-site investigator reported that your given address Flat H, 8/F., Windsor Mansion, 29-31 Chatham Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong is a 19‑storeyed residential building.  We are unable to enter the building because the building is a private residential property.  Staff from the Management Office of this building refused to disclose any information about the captioned premise because of privacy.

 

4.       As per The Land Registry, the registered owner of the captioned address is Anandapara Nipa Manish who bought this property on 28th September, 2011 at the amount of HK$3,200,000.00.  No mortgage record was registered against the property so far.

 

5.       The name of the subject is not listed in any available telephone and commercial directories and also is unknown to other sources consulted.

 

 

6.       No legal actions were traced against the subject during the course of this investigation.

In view of the lack of information, we have no basis upon which to recommend credit dealings.
