GENERAL

 

1.       As per Companies Registry, there is no such name registered in their file. We found that there is no company name registered and headed with “KEC Trading ……”.

2.       According to Business Registration Office, the name of the subject is also not found in the database.

3.       Your given address should be written as Flat 1811, 18/F., Block H, Nos. 1-3 Hong Shing Street, Kornhill, Hong Kong.  Our on-site investigator revealed that the captioned address is a 21-storey residential building.  We are unable to visit the captioned premise because the building is a private residential property.  The building is under strict security management.  Staff from the Management Office of the building refused to disclose any information about the premise because of privacy.

4.       According to the Land Office, this premise is owned by Chan Mui Sang who bought this property on 15th August, 1990 at the price of HK$1,038,000.  No mortgage record was registered against this property.

5.       The captioned name is not listed in any available telephone and commercial directories and also is unknown to other sources consulted.

6.       No legal actions were traced against the subject during the course of this investigation.

In view of the lack of information, we have no basis upon which to recommend credit ratings.
