Prof. Ganesh S. Hingmire
Prof. Ganesh S.Hingmire studied his first three bachlour degrees from University of Pune including B.Sc in Chemistry and Law degree. He then pursued his Master's in Commercial Law from Cardiff University (UK). After coming back to India he completed his M.Phil in Economics with 90% Grade Points. He is into teaching and consultancy far more than ten years now. He has written two books 'International Economic Law' & 'Students Guide to Intellectual Property Rights’ and his 56 articles are published at various News Papers and Journals. He has attended WTO's Fifth Ministerial Conference at Cancun, Mexico in 2003 and WTO's Sixth Ministerial Conference at Hong Kong in 2005 and WTO's eight Ministerial Conference at Geneva in 2011. He has also participated Japan Patent Office program for IP educator in Tokyo, Japan. Presently he is heading GMGC, which is World Trade Organization recorded organization.
He has delivered several National and International seminars conducted by G I Registry and Indian Patent Office at IIT Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Nasik, Aurangabad, Banglore and New Delhi. He along with his team registered four Geographical Indication (GI) products including 'Puneri Pagadi', Mahabaleshwar Strawberry, Nasik Grapes and Paithani saree's., recently he has filed GI application for Kolhapuri Jaggery. He helped various inventors for their Patent registration; the famous one is Electric Foldable Bike. On Trade Mark and Copyright front he provided assistance to Indian and Multinational Industries including world sim and perfect consultancy.
Rashmi G. Hingmire
Rashmi Ganesh Hingmire has completed her MCS degree from Nashik, University of Pune, with First class. She has been working with GMGC since last 4 years. She holds the post of Secretary in GMGC. She is an authorized Patent Agent. She has one and half year experience of patent drafting and prosecution. She has filed 10 patent application yet. She also had a good knowledge of French language.
