The Company is hopeful that in future they will be starting the Construction and Development business in India.

 

 

CURRENT YEAR:

 

The Company does not have any projects in hand for the year ended 31.03.2011. The Company had entered into a Contract with Aristo Realtors Private Limited and subsequently that project was cancelled and hence the Amount of Rs.27.500 Millions was received as compensation which is considered as Income.
