Based on investigation the correct name of the Subject is C.V. HARTA GEMILANG not C.V. HARTA CEMILANG as stated in your order ref. no. 184494 dated 19 June 2012.
C.V. HARTA GEMILANG was established in Surabaya, East Java in 2007’s with the legal status of C.V. (Commanditaire Vennootschap) or Partnership with Sleeping Partner. The founding and owners of the company are Ms. Dina Muhammad as active partner and her young sister Ms. Frina Yasmin as silent partner. As in common in cases of companies with C.V. status, there is no mention in the company’s notarial act of its capital structure. But going by the company’s conditions, we estimate its capital at some Rp. 100 million.
Previously C.V. HARTA GEMILANG started with operating since 2007’s to deal with trading, import and distribution of agricultural commodities. In the first operation the company engages in procurement of goods and services, procurement and supply of boos Jabfung Pharmacist since November 2007 which direct offers from Department of Health in East Java. Then the company expanded its activity in the field of trading, import and distribution of agro commodities products. According information the office located at Jalan Ikan Munsing 9 No. 48, Surabaya standing on 100 sq. meters. Ms. Dina Muhammad, Director and owner of the company went on to say the company import of garlic, red onion of India; red onion and ground nuts of China. Then, the whole product like garlic, red onion and ground nut marketed locally through traditional market in Surabaya, East Java and surroundings. Besides, we also contacted thorough (62-31) 355 2225, Mrs. Rukhama, staff of the company added that C.V. HARTA GEMILANG and also C.V. HARIA GEMILANG has no activity since May 2011 and since that time both companies has been ceased operation. Besides, Ms. Frina Yasmin also explained C.V. HARTA GEMILANG has been ceased operation since May 2012 and there was no activity up to present.
We refrain from informing the business prospect of C.V. HARTA GEMILANG
because since the end May 2011 it has been ceased operation. Before ceased
operation, we estimated that total sales turnover of C.V. HARTA GEMILANG in
2009 amounted to Rp. 2.0 billion dropt to Rp. 2.2 billion in 2010 to Rp. 2.5
billion in 2011. However, since the end May 2012, it has been ceased operation.
The management of C.V. HARTA GEMILANG is led by Ms. Dina Muhammad (47) a
businesswoman with experience in trading, import and distribution of
agricultural commodities products. Daily activity the company is also handled
by Ms. Frina Yasmin (45) as Commissioner. In view of C.V. HARTA GEMILANG has
been ceased operation since the end May 2012, we recommend to cancel whole business
transaction and loan to the company.
