In 2009, Taema in France, Electrocare in India and Markos Mefar in Italy merged to form Air Liquide Medical Systems S.A. all the three companies will share the same name. The company is headquartered in Antony, France.Its consolidate its respiratory assistance equipment businesses to strengthen its supply of industrial and medical gases in France and in Europe and also reinforcing in Brazil, Russia, India and China.
