company’s address in Lagos State, was not provided on the enquiry. Meanwhile, during our visit to the
registered address Plot 1309, Udo-Udoma Crescent, off Yakubu Gowon Crescent,
Asokoro, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, some of
the occupants of the premises claimed that such company’s name does not exists
at the address.
In addition, all efforts to
locate or contact the company proved abortive as there is no contact phone
number(s) and Lagos address. Also, we were unable to locate the company’s
information from the website, company directories and other secondary sources
for possible references.
Conclusion: Based on our visit to
the registered address, unavailable Lagos address and lack of secondary
information on the company, we are of the opinion that the company is nowhere
to be found in Lagos and Abuja (registered address); As such, we advised that
extreme caution should be exercised in doing business with the company until
the current and correct address is supplied, registration details
notwithstanding.
