East West Traders was established on 18th February, 2011 as a sole proprietorship under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance. The sole proprietor Mr. Rajesh Mahendrakumar Doshi is an Indian. He is an India passport holder and does not have the right to reside in Hong Kong permanently. Doshi is the manager of the subject.
The subject does not have its own operating office. Initially its registered office was in a commercial service firm located at 9/F., Bel Trade Commercial Building, 3 Burrows Street, Wanchai, Hong Kong known as Crisp Business Services (HK) Ltd. which had handled its correspondences and documents. In April 2011, the subject moved to Flat C, 20/F., Ngar Lan Mansion, Westlands Court, 9 Westlands Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong where is a residential flat. It is likely that this address is the residence of Doshi. The residential building is not trespassed by outsiders. The subject has no employees in Hong Kong.

Besides operating the subject, Doshi is also operating another firm known as Shanghai Summit Ltd. [SSL]. SSL was incorporated on 7th April, 2010 as a private limited liability company under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance. According to the Companies Registry of Hong Kong, SSL has issued 10,000 ordinary shares of HK$1.00 each which are wholly-owned by Doshi.
The subject is just a one-man company. Business is chiefly handled by Doshi himself. History in Hong Kong is just over a year and a month.
