INDIAN ECONOMIC OVERVIEW

The current downturn provides an opportunity to push ahead with reforms to accelerate growth, says the latest India Development Update report released by the World Bank. The report says that the adverse effects of rupee depreciation are likely to be offset by the gains in the exports performance due to improved external competitiveness. Since May this year, the local currency has depreciated substantially and fell to a record level of Rs 68.85 to a dollar on August, 28.

A stagflation like situation appears to have arisen as inflation jumped to an eight month high of 6.46 % for the month of September. It is up from 6.10 % in August. CORPORATE INFORMATION

Subject was incorporated on July 23, 2012 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. The Company is a part of joint venture of NHK Spring Company, Japan, which specializes in design, development, testing, manufacture and sale of seating systems and other auto components and is one of the leading suppliers of auto components in Japan, Warble Infrastructure Private Limited, a company engaged in manufacturing activities including manufacture of seating systems, door trims, fuel tanks, exhaust systems, sheet metals, tools, dies, moulds and other auto components for various automotive original equipment manufacturers in India. & Faurecia Investments a leading design, development, testing, manufacture and sale of seating systems and other auto components and is one of the leading suppliers of auto components in France. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing seats for passenger/commercial vehicles.

OPERATIONS AND PERFORMANCE OF COMPANY

The Company was incorporated during the current financial year and hence the year was the first year of accounting for the Company. The Company has not yet commenced its manufacturing operations. However, since the Company is in the process of setting up its manufacturing facilities, it has incurred a net loss of INR 8.892 Millions.

FUTURE OUTLOOK

The Company is in the process of setting up its facility for manufacturing seating systems to be used in automotive sector. It is hopeful that with the support of its Promoters, it will be able to achieve the projected business plan very soon.
