PERFORMANCE

The performance of the Company during the year was satisfactory. The Directors have recommended payment of dividend at Rs.10/- per equity share of Rs.100/- each (10%) for the Year Ended March 31, 2012.

Your Company generates energy for captive consumption using environmental friendly Wind Technology through its 16.20 MW Wind Power project in the State of Tamil Nadu. The project is proposed to be developed as a Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project. The revenue from sale of Certified Emission Reductions (CERs), after registration with UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), is expected to contribute towards the viability of the project.
