Comments : |
Subject is an established company under the umbrella of “Desarda
Group”. It is an established company having satisfactory track record. The company possesses an average financial profile marked by conservative
capital structure and healthy debt coverage indicators. Management has reported modest profitability levels in the business
and susceptibility of the same to fluctuations in exchange rates as well as
raw material prices. The ratings also take into consideration the increase working capital
intensity of operations in the recent past, which coupled with the modest
profitability levels of the business has an adverse impact on the company’s
cash flows; however, the regular equity infusion by the promoter group over
the years has helped keep a check on reliance on external sources of funding.
Trade relations are fair. Business is active. Payment terms are
reported as usually correct. In view of established position and long experience of the promoters
the subject can be considered for business dealings at usual trade terms and
conditions. |
