INDIAN ECONOMIC OVERVIEW
US investment bank Goldman
Sachs has upgraded its outlook on Indian markets as it expects positive impact
of the election cycle.
India’s economy may
grow 4.7 % in the current financial year, lower than the official estimate of
4.9 %, Fitch Rating said. The global rating agency expects the economy to pick
up in the next two financial years.
Global ratings
agency Standard & Poor said increasing focus by India Inc on lowering debt
is likely to improve their credit profiles.

Bharti Airtel has
raised Rs.2,453.2 crore (350 million Swiss Francs) by selling six-year bonds at
a coupon rate of three per cent and maturing in 2020. This is the largest ever
bond offering by an Indian company in Swiss Francs. Bharat Petroleum
Corporation raised 175 million Swiss Francs by selling five year bonds at 2.98
% coupon rate in February.
Indian Oil
Corporation plans to invest Rs.7650 crore in setting up a petrochemical complex
at its almost complete Paradip refinery in Odhisha in three to four years. The
company board is set to consider the setting up of a 700000 tonne per annum
polypropylene plant at an estimated cost at Rs.3150 crore.
Global chief

FACILITIES
TRANSPORT:
(i) The school buses will run in to different parts of the city.
(ii) Allotment of the Bus facility is not automatic with Admission. One
will have to apply for it separately.
(iii) During the course of the session in the consequent of the hike in
prices of Diesel/petrol, the users will have to pay the revised transport fee
as decided by the school authorities.
(iv) The Bus fee has to be paid in advance in two installments of Six
months each starting at the beginning of each session.
(v) The users shall have to board the Bus as per stoppages already
decided by the school.
STUDENTS FACILITIES:
(i) Facilities of a well equipped library with books on various subjects’
encyclopedias and periodicals are available for students from class II to X. In
the Pre- primary classes, picture, reading and story telling are a regular
feature of instruction.
(ii) The school provide transport to the students. A fleet of buses carry the
students To and From the school.
(iii) Laboratory facilities are available for Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
(iv) The computer Centre provides an adequate number of Computer to impart
Computer Education from class I to onwards.
The school is equipped with an elaborate Computer Lab. For imparting
Basic Computer Education to the students based on the CBSE syllabus.
The Computer Lab. Consist of Pentium PC connected on lab. System with
the novel, Network Programme, Official Ver, 4.1 the main server however is
Pentium IV system. The school also has two house teachers for this purpose.
(v) A four and half acre large and specious play ground is available with
facilities for Football, Cricket, Badminton, Riding and Swimming Pool etc.
(vi) T.V. and Video/other audio visual equipments and projector are also available
to screen educational and socially relevant programmes, for the children.
(vii) A well equipped boarding facility will also be provided.
