FINANCIAL OVERVIEW

 

The Company recorded total income of Rs. 7688.889 Million in the financial year 2013-14 as compared to Rs. 29.550 Million in the financial year 2012-13. Total expenditure of Rs. 5135.479 Million was incurred in the financial year 2013-14 as compared to Rs. 184.165 Million in the financial year 2012-13. The reason for the increase was primarily due to recognition of revenue on 2 residential towers as per Revised Guidance on Real Estate Transactions issued by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The Profit for the financial year 2013-14 stood at Rs. 1659.911 Million as compared to loss of Rs. 108.989 Million in the financial year 2012-13.
