Subject was incorporated as on May 04, 2007 but by analyzing the
overall situation it seems that the management has not yet commenced its
commercial operations. Mr. Maheshwari, Accounts Manager confirmed that the company has not
yet commenced its business operations as the promoters have not yet provided
sufficient clarity upon the line of business as it is among the options such
as medical infrastructure development related facilities and allied services,
expected to be starting from April 2015, witnessed management has huge
borrowings and has incurred some preoperative expenses which are reported as
accumulated losses during FY14. Hence, payment terms are unknown. In view of non-commencement of any activity, the company can be
considered for business dealings on a safe and secured trade terms and
conditions. |
