REVIEW OF OPERATION:

During the year, the Company registered Net Revenue of Rs. 2705.543 Millions in comparison to Rs.2749.292 Millions during the previous year, registering a downfall in revenue by 2%. The Company registered EBIDTA of Rs.250.848 Millions as compared to Rs.291.062 Millions during the previous financial year. The Company achieved Net Profit after Tax of Rs.38.897 Millions in comparison to Rs. 82.583 Millions during the previous year, resulting in decrease of 53% due to overheads cost and cost of raw materials.

The Company has produced 19191.129 MTs of Silico Manganese, 25054.280 MTs of Ferro Manganese, and generated 161610092 units of Power as against 9506.125MTs of Silico Manganese, 39951.735MTs of Ferro Manganese, and generation of 163843351 units of Power during the previous year respectively
