The primary object for which the Company is established is to undertake,
promote, engage all types of healthcare services and also to engage in
development of research findings of various institutions engaged in the
healthcare industry aroung the world and to incubate technology related to
healthcare activities for successful commercial application of use.
The company was incorporated on 11th June 2012 and obtained
certificate of commencement of business on 14th June 2012.
