and the flagship company of DB Group, established in 2007. DB Realty has been successful in creating iconic landmarks in
residential, commercial and gated community developments. It is established company having a satisfactory track. Company share are presently trading at market value of Rs.66.10 /-
which was initially issued at face value of Rs.10/-. There seems drastic dip in the sales turnover of the company. It has
also incurred loss from its operations during 2014. However, the rating takes
into consideration healthy financial risk profile marked by healthy liquidity
position supported by large networth based and relatively low gearing. It has strong managerial and financial supports from its group
companies. Trade relations are fair. Business is active. Payments terms are
reported to be usually correct. The subject can be considered for business dealings at usual trade
