Subject is a well-established health care institute managed and run by
a renowned trust in Kerala named as “CARITAS HOSPITAL TRUST”. Bearing
registration no. 510/IV/1995, which acts as an apex body of the hospital. Mr. Saju, incharge of purchase department as well as Mr. Jyotish,
international auditor provided general details and denied to provide any
financial information of the subject to us. As per available indirect source, we found that the hospital runs a
full range of medical and surgical services. Consequently, the trust renders dedicated and valuable contributions
to medical education and in training students according to the academic
standards. Trade relations are fair. Business is active. Payment terms are
reported as usually correct. In view of experienced management serving under the esteemed guidance
of reputed advisors, the trust as well as its hospital can be considered for
business dealings at usual trade terms and conditions. |
