OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS:

 

The construction of Phase IIA Rock Garden residential flats is in advanced stage and is expected to complete on or before 31st March, 2015. The company has obtained permissions required for Phase IIB from the concerned authorities. The construction of Phase IIB of Rock Garden residential flats is well in progress.

 

During the year, the company has recognized profit on sale of flats in Phase I Rainbow Vistas project. In addition, the company also transferred advances of Phase IIA Rock Garden to the statement of profit and loss to the extent of sale deeds executed as the company has completed substantial progress in that project.

 

The company has recorded a turnover of Rs.988.000 Million and arrived a profit of Rs.259.900 Million after providing depreciation and financial charges.
