COMPANY BACKGROUND

 

Subject was incorporated on 27 May 2004 as a Private Limited Company. The Company became a Public Limited Company on 30 March 2007. The Company is engaged in the business of retailing mainly food and grocery, health and beauty products, fruits and vegetables, homeware and homecare products, furniture, appliances, multimedia, sports, toys and readymade garments. The Company has also made a foray into the Real Estate business. As at 31 March 2014, the Company operated through 15 Hypercity stores located in different cities of India.
