STATE OF THE COMPANY’S AFFAIRS / OPERATIONS

 

The Company’s performance during the financial year under report has increased in terms of production, sales quantity as well as turnover.

 

With about 21.06% and 97.92% growth in Revenue at the Kheda and Dharwad Unit respectively. The Revenue of the Company as on 31st March 2017 is INR 1843.339 Million has been increased by INR 502.930 Million (37.52%) as compared to previous year.

 

Total expenditure for the period ended as at 31st March 2017 amounted to INR 1743.759 Million increased by INR 476.638 Million (37.62%) as compared to previous year.

 

Profit for the year ended on 31st March 2017 amounted to INR 73.204 Million has increased by INR 17.233 Million (30.79%) as compared to the previous year.

 

The credit balance of taxation expense (including deferred tax) for the year ended 31st March 2017 is INR 29.294 Million.

 

The overall growth in the composite industry was more compared to previous years. Your Company could however increase its market share on account of its unique and consistent products and increased customer base.

 

The recent market research report published states that booming construction industry, especially in the developing regions of the world, will enable the global unsaturated polyester resin market to expand steadily.

 

There are no complaints filed with the Company pursuant to The Sexual Harassment of Women at workplace (Prevention Prohibition and Redressal Act 2013.
