The company was incorporated on 31st May 2013 having its Registered Office at No. 48/2, Kudlu Gate, Off Hosur Road, Bangalore - 560 068. The company is primarily engaged in the business of Trading in Interior Decoration and Providing Labour Services in connection with Interior Decoration and other Allied Products. Company started its commercial operation from 1st October, 2013. Company has taken over all assets and liabilities of Tesco Trading and Contractors with effect from 1sl October 2013.

 

 

RESULTS OF OPERATIONS:

 

During the financial year, the company has recorded a total income of INR 191.462 Million against the corresponding previous year of INR 186.873 Million. Net profit after taxes is INR 4.755 Million against the corresponding previous year of INR 0.450 Million. The company has showed a remarkable improvement in respect of earning profits during the year.

 

The directors expect that the performance of the company during the current financial year would improve as estimated.
