DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY'S WORKING DURING THE YEAR/STATE OF COMPANY'S AFFAIR
During the year the Company has not made any turnover compared to the turnover of INR 0.850 million during the previous year and recorded a profit/loss before taxation of INR 1.352 million compared to profit/losses before tax of INR 1.656 million during the previous year. The net loss after tax is INR 1.228 million compared to net loss after tax of INR 1.038 million during the previous year. The Directors of the company are of the view that the performance or the company would further improve in the next financial year.
