NATURE OF BUSINESS:

 

The Company is engaged in the activities of Real Estate Development and Logistics. On the real estate development front, the Company develops residential, commercial and retail projects. There was no change in the nature of the business of the Company during the year under review.

 

 

FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE

 

During the year, the Company’s total revenue stood at INR 6630.600 Million as compared to INR 5166.900 Million for the previous year, representing an increase of about 28.33%. The Company earned Profit before tax of INR 1443.800 Million for the year as compared to INR 1000.800 Million for the previous year, representing an increase of 44.26%; profit after tax increased to INR 954.000 Million as compared to INR 672.900 Million for the previous year, representing an increase of 41.77%.

 

OPERATIONS (STATE OF AFFAIRS):

 

During the year under consideration their company has continued the development of two Residential Projects in progress viz., My Home VIHANGA and My Home ABHRA which were commenced during the previous years. During February,2016 the company has launched a new Project “ My Home Avatar” at Puppalaguda, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The overwhelming bookings of My Home Avatar on the inaugural day and the initial days of the launch increases the responsibility of the company for the faith and the confidence put in by the customers on the company.

 

My Home ABHRA is completed in all respects and the occupation is improving over months and the progress of My Home VIHANGA is as per the schedule and the company has sold the majority of saleable area leaving very few flats to sell. . It is expected that the company will be in a position to complete the VIHANGA during the current financial year and starts handing over to the customers which would be well within the promised time schedule to the customers.

 

Further, the company is developing Premium Residential Apartments under the name “My Home Bhooja” and the Commercial complex, including the IT/ITES, SEZ, under the name “My Home Divija” through the Subsidiary “M/s. Aqua Space Developers Private Limited” at Madhapur, Hyderabad in which the company has made investments during the previous financial year. Planning, Earthwork Excavation, obtaining of all the approvals, payment of fees and initial constructions work are just completed and the regular construction works are in progress in both the projects.

 

Operations of Transport Division have shown excellent growth and the Gross Revenue from this division increased significantly. Appreciating the growth in the sector and the aging of old vehicles, the management has added new fleet to support and sustain the growth and thus confident of continuing good performance during the current financial year and utilization of third party vehicles.
