As per the financial of 2017, the company has achieved a fair growth of 13.81% in its revenue as compared to the previous year’s revenue and has reported an average profitability margin of 2.68%.

 

The company has adequate networth base along with debt free balance sheet profile.

 

Rating takes into consideration the strength that the company derives from its holding company and its well experience management team.

 

However, rating is constrained on account of low reserve base and moderate liquidity position of the company.

FINANCIAL REVIEW:

 

During the year, in spite of negative effect on volume of business due to demonetization in the third quarter of financial year, there was increase in the operating income which led to high net profit.

 

The profit (after tax) increased to INR 51.614 Million as compared to INR 41.840 Million in previous year.

 

The Board of Directors is of the opinion that the Company shall strive hard to maintain the growth rate.

 

BUSINESS OPERATION AND FUTURE OUTLOOK:

 

In 2016-17 the revenue increased by 13.81% as compared to 2015-16, GP and NP have increased by 15.54% and 23.36% respectively as compared to 2015-16. In 2017-18 there are business challenges but still there are various opportunities taking advantage of the same will help in achieving organization goal.
