NATURE OF BUSINESS

 

The Company continues to be engaged in the activities pertaining to real estate development and hospitality. On the real estate development front, the Company develops residential, commercial and social infrastructure projects. The Company’s hospitality activity is undertaken through joint ventures.

 

There was no change in the nature of the business of the Company, during the year.

 

 

FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE

 

During the year, the company has recorded Total Revenue of INR 735.519 Million as compared to INR 1171.288 Million in the previous year. The Profit before tax is INR 291.124 Million for the year ended March 31, 2016 as compared to INR 384.327 Million for the previous year. After deducting expenses on account of tax, the Profit after Tax stood at INR 55.457 Million for the year as compared to INR 111.528 Million in the previous year.
