Note:

 

Non Convertible Debentures were issued in FY 2015-16. Interest on Debentures are payable on quarter basis. The Debentures shall be redeemed within a period of 48 months from the date of subscription of First Tranche including a moratorium of 24 months.

 

The Company has taken plot No GH-02, Sector-143 Noida, admeasuring 100080.98 sq mt. from New Okhla Industrial Development Authority valuing INR 2356.907 Million in total, out of said amount 10% has been paid initially and balance is repayable by the company in 16 half yearly instalments commencing from October 7, 2013 along with interest @ 11% compounded half yearly. The company had defaulted in Payment of principal INR 132.576 Million and interest of INR 299.992 Million which was rescheduled by New Okhla Industrial Development Authority in October 2013. The rescheduled amount is payable in 15 half yearly installments along with interest @ 14% compounded half yearly commencing from 06/04/2014. During the current year, the Company has defaulted in payment of two consecutive principal installments of INR 294.891 Million (Including principal for Rescheduled part of INR 29.739 Million) along with interest of INR 191.484 Million (including interest for rescheduled part of INR 24.224 Million).
