INFORMATION
Subject is a private limited Company domiciled in India and incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956/2013. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacture of Silico manganese and Ferro Alloys etc. and has its manufacturing unit at A/13, Sarua Industrial Estate, Sarua, District Khordha-752055, Odisha, India. The Company is also engaged in business of trading in S.S./M.S. Goods, Scrap and Ferro Alloys etc. at 1730, HSIDC, Rai Industrial Area, Sonepat-131001, Haryana, India.
FINANCIAL/OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE AND STATE
OF COMPANY’S AFFAIRS:
The Company’s manufacturing operation continued remained suspended during the financial year 2016-17. However the Company generates revenue through the trading of S.S./M.S. Goods, Scrap and Ferro Chrome material etc.
During this financial year, the total revenue of the Company is INR 593.000 Million as against INR 412.100 Million in the previous year. This represents an Increase of 19.27% in comparison with the previous year. The turnover and EBDAIT of the Company have increase, however, the company has suffered a loss of INR 0.231 Million due to on account of interest and finance charge expenses with compared to earn a net profit of INR 0.623 Million in the previous year. The Directors are continuously looking for avenues for future growth of the Company. There was no change in the nature of the business of the Company during the financial year.
