For the financial year 2017, the company has achieved marginal growth in its revenue as compared to its previous year and has registered fair profit margin during the year.

 

Rating takes into consideration, the satisfactory financial risk profile marked by adequate net worth base.

 

Rating continue to derive strength from long and established track record of its business operation backed by its well experienced management team.

 

However, these rating strengths gets partially offset by excess borrowing recorded which was largely attributable to stretched liquidity by working capital nature of business and its presence in highly competitive infrastructure industry.

Payments seems to be slow but correct.

 

In view of aforesaid, the company can be considered for business dealings at usual trade terms and conditions.

 

Note:

 

Site visit was conducted at the given address and our executive have successfully traced the subject company.

 

During the visit, security guard denied to allow our executive to enter the premises.

 

As per our executive observation, it is a 3 storey building and the subject is situated on 1st floor.

 

Location is difficult to find near “Lakhani Landmark”. Locality seems to be commercial and area near the premise building seems to be neutral.

 

However, the name board of the subject was not sighted, instead we have sighted “SiddhiVinayak Homes” as the name board.

Management confirmed that the “SiddhiVinayak Homes” belongs to the same entity and acts a brand name of the subject company.
