STATE OF THE COMPANY’S AFFAIR:

 

During the year, the Company generated total revenue of INR 2470.966 Million as against INR 2444.871 Million of the previous year whereas earned Net profit of INR 67.242 Million as against INR  62.972 Million of the Previous year, registering marginal rise in both the Turnover and Net profit despite of highly uncertain overseas market, volatility in rates of foreign currency, economic adverse effect of demonetization and introduction of GST, over all depression in the market and cut throat competitions prevailing in domestic as well as international market and the Company has not performed as targeted but maintained its pace of growth.
