Since inception the Company has engaged itself in the business of acquiring by purchase, lease, and exchange or otherwise land and building of any description situated any Where in India, preparing building sites and constructing service apartments, houses etc.
During the year Gross revenue reduced to INR 238.708 Million against INR 422.603 Million the previous year. Loss before depreciation and taxation was INR 92.766 Million against INR 50.440 Million loss in the previous year. The net loss of the Company for the year was placed at INR 92.787 Million as against net loss of INR 48.477 Million in the previous year.
The Directors wish to state that the future growth of the Company will be optimistic and it is looking for new opportunities. They are hopeful that they make all efforts to achieve growth in the business.
