During the site visit our executive inquired with security guards of Canara Bank and Federal Bank (Neighbours) and they both claimed that the subject is situated on the given address.

 

As per our executive’s observation, it is 1 storey building and subject is situated on the ground floor of the building. Location was easy to find. Locality appears to be commercial. Area seems to be upmarket. Area of premises is 900 (sq. ft.). Approx. 20 employees were sighted in the premises. Name board of the subject was not sighted at the given address.
