As per financials of March 2017, the company has registered sharp decline in its revenue as compared to its previous year’s revenue and has reported average profit margin.

 

Rating takes into consideration the company’s moderate track record of business operations marked by small capital base along with high debt balance sheet and below average liquidity position.

 

Rating also takes into account the project execution and implementation risk, high dependence on customer advances, competition from ongoing and new projects and inherent cyclicality in the construction sector.
