Subject (formerly known as JONES LONG LASALLE RESIDENTIAL PRIVATE
LIMITED) is a private limited company domiciled in India and incorporated under
the provisions of the companies Act, having its registered office at Level 7,
Tower A, Penisula Business Park, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai –
400013, Maharashtra, India. The company provides real estate agents services
relating to residential properties and other related services.

OF THE COMPANY’S WORKING DURING THE YEAR / STATE OF COMPANY’S AFFAIRS
The company’s operations during the year resulted in Profit of INR
44.212 Million as compared to the Profit of INR 13.870 Million in previous year
March 31, 2016. The revenue from operation increased by 31% at INR 459.428
Million for the year as against INR 315.555 Million for the year ended March
31, 2016.
During the Period the Net profit tax of the company is INR 24.532
Million which is increased by INR 15.957 Million as compared to the Net Profit
after tax of INR 8.575 Million for the year ended 31st March 2016.
