The subject is an old and established company incorporated in the year 1943 and it is having an excellent track record. For the financial year 2016, the company has achieved decent growth of 23.39% in its revenue as compared to its previous year along with fair profit margin during the year. Rating takes into consideration, the robust financial risk profile marked by healthy net worth base and comfortable debt protection metrics. Rating continue to derive strength from its long and established track record of its business operations backed by group’s strong execution capabilities, the extensive experience of the promoters, and the expertise of its managerial and technical personnel heading the key business verticals. However these rating strengths gets partially offset by high working capital intensity in the construction business due to slow down in infrastructure and real estate sector.
