OPERATIONS: (AS ON 31.03.2016)

 

The total income of the Company during the year was INR 1806.000 million in 2015-16 as compared to INR 1391.400 million in 2014-15. The Company has earned a Profit before tax of INR 150.600 million in 2015-16 as compared to Loss of INR 251.800 million in 2014-15.

 

The Company is in business of developing residential properties and owning and leasing of commercial properties and its maintenance. The Company is owning and maintaining a retail mall at Thane, which houses all the leading brands across various product categories and it attracts large customer footfall. Further, among other properties, the Company is also owning and maintaining a commercial building at Santacruz East, Mumbai, which has been leased/licensed to various large corporates.
