Rating gets constrained on account of lack of requisite information available to evaluate risk associated with the subject. In view of aforesaid, the subject can be considered for business dealings at fully safe and secured terms and conditions. Note: Site visit was conducted at the given address and our executive have successfully traced the subject. At the premises our executive met to owner’s son who provided us with contact number (#9915509454) and confirmed that the subject exist on the given address. As per our executive’s observation, it’s a shed type premises and area of the premises is approximately 400 SQ.FT. Location was easy to find, locality seems to be industrial and area near the premises appears to be neutral. Landmark: Gurudwara Gurunanak Sewa Sabha. Further, our executive have sighted approximately 1 employee at the premise. However, no name board of the subject was sighted on the given premise address. On inquiry with “Mahavir Steels” and “Vehaan Trading” both the neighbouring companies confirmed the existence of the subject on the given address. |
