OUTLOOK AND INTERNAL CONTROL:
During the year, the company has achieved a gross turnover of INR 448.223 Million compared to previous year turnover of INR 411.043 Million. The operations for the year has resulted into Net Profit of INR 42.204 Million compared to INR 61.886 Million during the previous year. The directors inform the future outlook of the Plywood industries is bright.
The management is putting strenuous efforts to the cost control pattern in the manufacturing and administrative overheads and proper utilization of available resources.
The company has in place an established internal control system designed to ensure proper recording of financial and operational information and compliance of various internal controls.
