OPERATIONS (As on 31.03.2015)

 

During the year under consideration the company has achieved a turnover of INR 3917.991 Million as against the previous year figures of INR 2746.638 Million. The operation has resulted in a net profit of INR 52.643 Million (previous year INR 120.389 Million), the downfall in the profit is due to steep rise in input cost like cost of land and construction.

 

 

STATE OF COMPANY’S AFFAIR (As on 31.03.2015)

 

The economic environment continued to improve which was encouraging for construction industry. However this trend started slowing down for construction industry due to steep fall in demand for residential units. The slow down and consequent competition was sure to affect the turnover and profitability in the months to come. However efforts would be made to get focussed to maintain the growth. Extract of the Annual Return: The extract of annual return for MGT-9 as required under the provisions of Section 92(3) of the Companies Act, 2013 is annexed to this report. (Annexure-A)

The company was incorporated as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 (“the Act”) on 28 th September 1995. The Company is engaged in real estate development which either purchases land or entered into Joint development Venture for the purpose of construction and selling of residential apartments, villas and Plots. The Company is currently engaged in real estate in Bangalore and Hyderabad.
