Rating take into consideration, the satisfactory financial risk profile marked by adequate net worth base and strong debt protection metrics.

 

Rating continue to derive strength from its established track record of its business operation backed by its strong support from its holding entity.

The Company was incorporated in India on 6 September 2011 under the Companies Act, 1956. The Company is primarily engaged in trading of Aluminum profiles and accessories.

 

With effect from 26 May 2014, the Company has changed its name to Schueco India Private Limited from Schueco India Solar & Windows Private Limited.

The company achieved a turn over INR 853.101 million the net profit after tax of the company is INR 12.187 million. The directors are expecting better performance this year.
