its revenue as compared to previous year revenue and has maintained decent
profitability margin of 10.90% during the year under review. The healthy financial profile of the company is marked by strong
networth base along with negligible debt level. The company has favourable Earning per Share (EPS) of INR 60.49 against
a face value (FV) of INR 10. The rating takes into consideration the subject’s long established
track record of the business operations along with extensive experience of
its promoters. Business is active. Payment seems to be regular. In view of long standing record and the financials, the company can be
considered normal for business dealings at usual trade terms and conditions. Note: As per
information gathered from other sources National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
has approved the scheme of arrangement to demerger the auto- components and

The Company continues to grow steadily, both in terms of business and earnings. Aimed optimism and rising business sentiments, the Company reported significant profit as compared with the previous year, and 5.74 % increase in total revenue. The gross revenue from operations stood at INR 3307.661 Million compared with INR 3127.963 Million in the previous year. The net profit for the year stood at INR 360.559 Million against INR 226.069 Million reported in the previous year.
