PAL is the flagship company of the Patanjali group and is involved in the manufacturing and trading of FMCG, herbal and ayurvedic products. PAL was established in 2006 and it is having an excellent track record.

 

For the financial year 2016, the company has witnessed healthy growth in its scale of operations as compared to its previous year and has maintained comfortable profit margin of 16.05% during the year.

 

Rating takes into consideration, the robust financial risk profile marked by adequate net worth base, strong credit profile and adequate liquidity position.

 

Rating continue to derive strength from its consistent growth in its scale of operations as reflected by increasing operating income, widening product portfolio and strengthening of its distribution network. Ratings further factors in the experienced management team and established brand.

 

As per indirect source we could find that the subject has achieved revenue of INR 1,05,610 million for FY-2017.

 

However, these rating strengths gets partially offset by offset by the dependence on the brand image of its founders and intensifying competition in the FMCG, herbal and ayurvedic products industry.
