It was incorporated in the year 2005 and is engaged in construction and real estate activities.

 

As per financials of March 2017, the company has registered minimal revenue from its operations but has reported huge losses.

 

Rating takes into consideration the company’s continuous losses from its operations along with eroded net worth base and high debt balance sheet.

 

Rating is further constrained on account of company’s presence in highly competitive and huge working capital requirement real estate business.

 

However, rating weakness is partially offset by financial and managerial support received from its holding entity.

 

Payment seems to be slow and delayed.
